Processing Times
Before your order ships, please allow the following processing times:
- Standard miniatures & accessories — ships within 5 business days
- Hero Forge & Eldritch Foundry prints — ships within 5 business days
- Dragons & large monsters — ships within 7–10 business days
- Terrain & large buildings — ships within 10–14 business days
- Custom prints — ships within 7–10 business days
Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed in secure boxes with tissue paper to ensure your miniatures arrive safely.
New Zealand Domestic Shipping

Tracking
